TIPS FOR WORKING COMPUTER ALWAYS STABLE

Many Windows XP users are disappointed to see the work computer is slow and often hangs. Many reasons are behind this, one of which is the limited hardware specifications that are used, such as low spec processor, minimal RAM capacity or another. But even faced with the limitations of the hardware used, it is still possible for users of Windows XP to do tricks that make Windows XP is stable and not easily hangs by not reducing the principal functions of Windows XP itself.
One way is to disable some Windows Service is not required, but before it was done, one important thing that must be done before the backup system registry, so that if something goes wrong later, System of Windows will be restored to its original state.
How to backup the registry is: Click Start -> Run, type "regedit" and then in the menu Registry Editor click File -> Export, give the name backup.reg and click OK (Figure 1)

Following the services that are not often normal basis slightly though not necessarily we need it. With the switch off (disable) the service, then the computer's workload will be reduced which in turn will increase the speed of the computer itself.

HOW TO ELIMINATE CHILD ON ARROW ICON DESKTOP SHORTCUT

Shortcut files can be easily distinguished from the program icon, as shortcut icon has the arrow in the lower left. Indeed, this may help to distinguish between them, but you may not like it because it looks ugly, especially on the icon on the desktop. To remove it, go into regedit and go into the folder HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \ Inkfile. Delete the value IsShortcut register. Then re-start Windows XP.

Outsmart WINDOWS XP

HOW REMOVING MSN MESSENGER
A lot of people who want to know how to remove a service MSN Messenger from Windows XP.  Well, here's how :
- Open explorer, on the toolbar select the Tools menu and click Folder Option. In the View Option, select "Show Hidden Files and Folders" to display files and folders are hidden files ( like image 1 and 2 )

- Look for Sysoc.inf files in the folder C:\Windows\INF and open with notepad
- Find the line that contains msmsgs=msgrocm.dll, OcEntry, msmsgs.inf hide, 7 and omit the word "hide" in the text, then save the file
- After you do this, now you can remove MSN Messenger through tha facilities of tha add/remove program in Control Panel

If using Windows XP Profesional, leave it installed, but change the setting of Windows to MSN Messenger never executed. To do this you can use GPEDIT.MSC to change setting on the facility, for disabling the startup does not make the program will not run (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, and several web pages in Microsoft can unlock).
For that, :
- Open the Start menu and then select Run and type "gpedit.msc"
- Select Computer Configuration -> Administrative Template -> Windows Component -> Windows Messenger
- Now you can change setting on MSN Messenger activation

Note:This method is sometimes slow access to Outlook, Outlook this was due to run messenger when accessed. Fastest and easiest way to remove messenger without slowing down Outlook is changing the msmsgs.exe file name that is on the folder c:\Program Files\Messenger became another name such as "msmsgsnew.exe"

... to be continue

Recognizing Danger SPAM

Email is enough to help us to communicate and send the news quickly and cheaply, but an email can be a killer application in the world of the Internet, like SMS on the cellular world, extraordinary penetration and almost every Internet user has at least one email address.
The greatness of this email was to invite the parties who want to abuse this email functionality for their own interests, such as spreading viruses and spam.
Spam does not provide direct threats such as damage to computer systems or data such as a virus, but in practice causes tremendous waste of bandwidth and resources in managing this spam. In some cases a spam can cause direct financial loss if combined with phishing activity.

Catch All Account
If your mailserver domain administrator, there is an interesting option that you can do in your mail setting. Catch All. Catch All facilities, all incoming email to your domain will be accepted, whether intended to address valid or invalid addresses.

What is the purpose of activation of this Catch All??
The aim is that all mail addressed to your domain address can be well-received and forwarded to the address specified (generally administratormail address of the server), including the wrong email address or a typo. For example you only have domain name email sales@yourdomain.com, but sometimes sent to subscribers of marketing@yourdomain.com or unconsciously saels@yourdomain.com typo. If you do not activate the Catch All, then the second email to this address you will never accept, for the marketing of this course is a great loss of opportunity so that they will choose to accept all incoming email to the domain.
However, good intentions in the hands of evil people even become a disaster. Once activated Vaksincom Catch All these facilities and consequently, every day of emails received tens of thousands in number and in 3 weeks past the mailbox quota of 2 GB.
After investigation, it turns out it is caused by the account Catch All the swollen and the most ridiculous 99% of incoming email to Catch All the accounts are spam.
Apparently the spammers doing dictionary attack in sending spam. So every time a single domain is active, then the spammers will make a collection of emails to that domain and send the addresses used by a domain and bomb with spam.
For spammers, bandwidth is not a problem because the computer is used to spam other people's computers remotely successfully mastered after a virus infected.

Open Relay
Actually had a lot of work done by antispam companies to overcome the spread of spam, and one of the successful initiatives spam punched with a significant (at the time) is a list of blacklisted mail server.
As we know, is "forbidden" for every mail server maker to open access "open relays for the public" on the mail server because it will be abused by spammers to send spam using that mail server. And once the mail server to send spam and detected by anti-spam company, IP mailserver will be included in the blacklist and not expect your mail to send mail anymore because the other mail server will reject all mail from your mailserver IP unless your mail server IP removed from the blacklist.
This strategy seems effective and not resolved, but unfortunately that the opponents of this anti-spam companies are spammers who are also computer experts, so that spammers and then find a way to defeat this protection. And the bad news, the last few years with how to protect spam blacklist is very decreased effectiveness.
